Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  • Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged/defective).

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
